Our Factory Attends Global Streetwear Apparel Exhibition, Reaches Cooperation With Multiple Overseas Brands

Apr 25, 2026

Our team recently participated in a major international professional streetwear apparel exhibition this month, where our booth stood out as a technical showcase center built around independently developed, full-process garment manufacturing technologies. Unlike conventional exhibitors that mainly display finished samples, our concept focused on demonstrating “how the product is made.” The Founder & CEO personally led a strong delegation, including the Design Director, Production Director, and senior craft engineers, to deliver in-depth technical presentations and live explanations for global buyers from the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, and other European markets.

All samples displayed at the exhibition were fully produced in our self-owned workshops, with zero outsourcing involved. This fully integrated production system allowed us to present five complete proprietary craft systems specifically developed for American vintage high-street apparel. These systems reflect not only advanced craftsmanship but also a stable, scalable, and commercially viable manufacturing capability for global streetwear brands.

The first core system is our advanced vintage distressed washing technology. We have independently developed multiple high-precision washing techniques, including graded acid washing, enzyme stone washing, full-body hand-ripped destruction, and localized sand blasting processes. Our technical team can precisely control chemical concentration, temperature, mechanical agitation, and processing time to achieve highly detailed visual effects such as layered fading, natural snowflake-like mottling, and gradient fog-style vintage textures. These washing formulas are compatible with both heavyweight cotton and wear-resistant nylon fabrics, ensuring that garments retain a soft hand feel and strong tensile strength even after repeated washing cycles. This effectively solves common industry problems such as uneven color fading, fabric hardening, and fiber damage caused by low-quality washing processes.

The second system is our premium high-shine rhinestone embellishment craft. We use high-clarity faceted glass rhinestones combined with advanced high-temperature hot melt fixation technology. The production process integrates automatic positioning equipment with manual fine-detail stone placement, ensuring both efficiency and precision. We support full-allover rhinestone coverage, partial graphic placement, gradient rhinestone transitions, and multi-color rhinestone combinations. The multi-angle crystal facets create strong light refraction under different lighting environments, delivering a powerful visual impact that significantly enhances streetwear identity. At the same time, the bonding strength is optimized to withstand dozens of wash cycles without rhinestone loss, forming a durable luxury-level aesthetic that attracted strong attention at the exhibition.

The third system is our comprehensive multi-printing technology platform. Our printing workshop is equipped with multiple advanced processes, including high-density screen printing, 3D puff embossed printing, DTG (direct-to-garment) digital printing, powder puff gradient printing, and python camouflage digital transfer printing. We use multi-layer elastic inks that maintain flexibility and prevent cracking after washing. This allows us to reproduce sharp graphic edges and highly detailed visual elements, whether for cartoon illustrations, retro graffiti artwork, or military camouflage patterns. These printing techniques are fully compatible with cropped hoodies, oversized T-shirts, and tactical jackets, providing strong adaptability for diverse streetwear collections.

The fourth system is our dimensional embroidery processing technology. Equipped with multi-head high-speed embroidery machines, we offer a variety of embroidery effects, including 3D padded embroidery, terry embroidery, and multi-layer color embroidery. For heavyweight fabrics, our engineers specifically adjust thread tension, density, and backing materials to prevent puckering, distortion, or thread breakage. This ensures smooth execution of complex graphic designs such as cartoon characters, vintage American lettering, and brand-style logos, while maintaining a clean and premium surface finish.

The fifth system is our functional multi-pocket structural tailoring technology. Through self-developed three-dimensional cargo pattern design, reinforced stitching structures, and hidden zipper integration techniques, we achieve a balance between functional performance and visual streetwear aesthetics. These designs enhance wind resistance, usability, and storage capacity while maintaining a strong oversized tactical silhouette. All seams are reinforced for durability, ensuring long-term wear resistance without deformation, seam splitting, or structural collapse.

During the exhibition, our craft engineers conducted live demonstrations of the entire production workflow, including washing chemical formulation adjustments, rhinestone thermal bonding processes, and digital printing color calibration. This allowed buyers to directly compare the tactile and visual differences between ordinary mass-produced garments and our technologically refined products. Many international buyers expressed strong recognition of our fully in-house production system and our flexible MOQ policy of only 30 pieces. Several clients confirmed on-site orders for autumn and winter development programs, including acid-wash python camouflage jackets and heavyweight rhinestone hoodies.

Following the exhibition, our company organized an internal technical review and training session. The design, production, and engineering departments jointly analyzed feedback from global buyers and further upgraded key parameters, including washing formula stability, rhinestone adhesion performance, and printing ink composition ratios. These improvements aim to enhance production consistency, reduce sample development time, and increase overall manufacturing efficiency.

Moving forward, our factory will continue to invest heavily in vintage streetwear craft research and development. By leveraging our fully self-owned production workshops and integrated technical systems, we are committed to delivering highly differentiated, high-texture ODM and OEM customization services. Our goal is to empower global streetwear brands with stronger product identity, improved market competitiveness, and reliable large-scale production support in both emerging and mature fashion markets worldwide.
