1. What's your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 30 pieces per design, you can choose mixed sizes about one color.There are more than 100 colors for your choice,and you can choose you want the color too. We are glad to make customized samples for you to test quality before bulk order.
2. Can I put my design logo on the items?
Yes, we can print the logo by heat transfer, silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc. Please advise your logo in advance.
3. What's your sample policy and lead time?
The charge for new sample making is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order. It takes around one week for sample making.
4. What's your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Moneygram and Trade Assurance.
5. What is your lead time normally?
We usually will send out your sample order within 10 days, if there is any change during the sample process, please let us know and we will get it ammended ASAP.
